Golang Job: Devops Engineer

Responsibilities:

· Create asset monitoring and analytics software architectures

· Understanding of full software development lifecycle, from understanding the needs of the business to coding, deployment and maintenance

· Improve best practices to ensure smooth and faster build, release, and quality

· Create strong CI/CD pipelines and work closely with developers in deployment and testing stages

· Monitor servers and resolve issues

· Collaborate with development and engineering teams

· Write clear, modular code that runs on multiple platforms

· Support of an on-call rotation as a support engineer

· While your primary role will be DevOps & QA, you will also be expected to contribute to backend engineering efforts.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on professional work experience as a DevOps engineer

· Object-oriented programming proficiency, especially Python

· Solid development practices, attention to detail, design and quality

· The ability to write modern, testable and maintainable code

· A desire to learn new technologies and concepts

· Communication, writing and organizational skills

· Experience working in an agile team

DevOps:

· Strong understanding of cloud platforms. AWS experience required.

· Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, i.e., Terraform

· Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats

· Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

· Experience running high availability systems

· Knowledge of networking concepts

Salary: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
